206 Ways to Say "I Love You"
A Collection of Bones Fanfiction

BioMy name is Nancy, AKA Chocolatequeen in most places on the web. I work full-time at my local library, and I'm an aspiring author. Right now, most of my work is fanfiction, and that's where this journal comes in.
A few years back, my favorite show was JAG. A truly brilliant fic writer did a series called "50 Ways to Say I Love You," which was actually 50 one part stories illustrating a way Harm and Mac could finally admit their feelings.
Fast forward three years, and I'm sitting on my couch watching Bones. The thought drifts through my mind that it would be fun to write a similar series about our similarly honesty-impaired duo. (I mean really... when I only have to show friends ONE episode for them to say, "How can they NOT see it?" you know there's some serious denial at work.) Ahem. Sorry, tangent.
It was a different tangent that led me to pick 206. I also used to watch Alias, and if any of you were fans of that show, you know that of course this series for Alias would be called "47 Way..." So my theme loving brain decided it wanted an equally important number for Bones, and what could be more important than the number of Bones in the human body. (Number of times we've seen Booth shirtless would come a close second, but that would be a dismally low number.)
The purpose of the Livejournal is to archive all the stories in one place. I'll of course post them all on FF.net, but having them all together seemed like a good idea. And now I think I've rambled enough...
